Our chefs originate from Udupi, a small town which rests in the coastal region of the Western Ghats, in Karnataka - some 60 km from Bangalore. There, a famous temple houses an idol of Lord Krishna richly adorned in jewels. The town is a knowledge centre for authentic South Indian cuisine. Udupi chefs are renowned for the cooking of traditional, South Indian vegetarian food.
